“We moved from Florence to the UK and TuscanHound transported our dog Archie by car. We can only recommend their outstanding service. They handled everything from vet visits prior to the travel, through documentation and planning. They made sure that the relocation is as stress-less as possible for Archie, and he actually seemed to enjoy the trip. They made regular stops with 2 overnight stays, many walks and kept him calm and engaged while updating us regularly.

She helped me navigate through this whole process smoothly. It definitely takes a village to navigate the Italian bureaucracy, specially for your pet. I woud highly recommend their services. “I am so grateful for the wonderful service Tuscan hound Provided in helping me obtain a passport for my Jack Russell Terrier Ginabu!
I’ve never felt so stressed with the idea of not being able to bring Ginabu back to England with me and had spent weeks going back and forth to different vets and organisations all over Florence only to be told over and over It would take up to six weeks to get a passport! I was asking everyone what to do and no one had an answer for me!
I emailed Tuscan Hound and had an immediate reply within the hour saying they could sort everything out – And I mean EVERYTHING!! Everything was wonderfully organised – they made sure I had all the right documents- and within a day I had my appointment booked!
They booked the appointment with a wonderful Chief Vet who spoke perfect English and who was so helpful in explaining what would be expected of me as I crossed the boarders ( Iâm driving home) and I left feeling so relaxed about leaving after weeks and weeks of stress
I really canât recommend this service enough, we are SO lucky to have them in Florence! I am so excited about taking Ginabu to the day care as Ive heard such good things!
