Global Pet Concierge

GLOBAL CONCIERGE ROUTES OFFERED ANYTIME BY APPOINTMENT

If you are not available for one of our TuscanHound Air flight dates or you have a different destination request, our global concierge service is offered 365 days a year for worldwide destinations.

This customized option allows you to fly on your own schedule while our trusted team at TuscanHound Air flies with your pet on one of our separate reserved flight options in the cabin of the plane.

You will receive photos and updates from start to finish. You will be able to see photos and videos of them boarding the plane and settling in the cabin.

With the global pet concierge option, we are able to depart and arrive from any major airport.

Additional Services

  • Import and Export documentation assistance – We will handle all of the needed paperwork for you. 
  • EU pet passport issuance – This can be issued from Italy and shipped to your selected address. 
  • Export certificate issuance – We can submit all of your required documents for issuance of the export certificate that is needed for your final destination. 
  • Veterinary appointments – We are happy to assist you in making appointments for the required vaccines or check ups needed to travel. 
  • Boarding –  (With our sister company TuscanHound Florence.) We never “outsource” boarding. Should you need boarding we offer a full range of KENNEL FREE boarding services within our TuscanHound network of professionals worldwide.  
  • Local transport – We are happy to provide you with transport to and from your destination/arrival location upon landing with your pet. For concierge services we will make sure that your pet arrives to the final destination accompanied by one of our team members. Always kennel free unless otherwise requested by the pet parent. We use safety belts and harnesses while transporting. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible.
