By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my pet’s travel aboard TuscanHound Air:
☐ I agree that I am solely responsible for my pet’s behavior throughout the entire travel experience, including pre-boarding, during flight, and post-arrival.
☐ I agree that any damage caused by my pet to aircraft property, passenger belongings, or TuscanHound Air equipment is my full financial responsibility and I will reimburse all costs immediately upon request.
☐ I understand that aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate denial of travel for both my pet and myself, with no refund provided.
Disruptive Behavior Definition
I acknowledge that the following behaviors are considered DISRUPTIVE and may result in immediate removal from service:
☐ Barking excessively and not being responsive to my commands
☐ Aggressive behaviors towards crew members, other passengers, or animals including but not limited to:

- Biting or attempting to bite
- Growling in a threatening manner
- Snapping at people or animals
- Lunging at crew or passengers
☐ Freely wandering or running around without proper restraint or leash
☐ Relieving themselves in the aircraft cabin or areas other than designated pet relief zones
☐ Jumping on passengers or TuscanHound Air crew members
Owner Responsibilities
I agree to the following responsibilities:
☐ I will maintain complete control of my pet at all times during travel
☐ I will follow ALL crew instructions regarding my pet immediately and without question
☐ I will notify crew immediately if my pet shows signs of distress or behavioral changes
☐ I will bring all necessary supplies for my pet’s comfort and needs
☐ I will arrive with adequate time for my pet to acclimate to the travel environment
Health & Documentation
☐ I confirm my pet is in good physical and mental health for air travel
☐ I have provided all required veterinary documentation and health certificates
☐ I have disclosed any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs my pet may have
☐ I understand that TuscanHound Air reserves the right to request additional veterinary clearance
Consequences Of Non-Compliance
I understand and agree that:
☐ First violation will result in immediate intervention and formal warning
☐ Continued disruptive behavior will result in removal from the flight with no refund
☐ Severe aggression or behavioral violations may result in crating or muzzling your pet for the safety of other pets and passengers
☐ I am liable for any injuries or damages caused by my pet to persons or property
☐ Emergency landing costs due to my pet’s behavior will be charged to me
Financial Liability
☐ I agree to pay immediately for any damage caused by my pet including but not limited to:

- Aircraft interior damage
- Cleaning fees for accidents
- Replacement of damaged equipment or furnishings
- Medical expenses for injuries caused by my pet
- Additional crew time or service delays caused by my pet’s behavior
☐ I understand that TuscanHound Air will charge my credit card on file for any damages or additional costs incurred
Emergency Procedures
☐ I authorize TuscanHound Air’s veterinary specialist to provide emergency care to my pet if needed
☐ I understand that in case of severe behavioral issues, my pet may need to be restrained or sedated for safety
☐ I agree to cooperate fully with any emergency procedures deemed necessary by the crew
Special Accomodations
☐ I understand that TuscanHound Air accommodates all breeds including large breeds and brachycephalic breeds
☐ I have disclosed if my pet requires special accommodations due to breed-specific needs
☐ I agree to any additional safety measures required for my pet’s breed or size
Waiver Of Liability
☐ I release TuscanHound Air, its employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for injuries to my pet or damages caused by my pet during travel
☐ I understand that TuscanHound Air’s liability is limited to the terms outlined in the passenger contract
☐ I acknowledge that pet travel involves inherent risks that I accept voluntarily
