Welcome to Tuscan Hound Air. By booking our private pet transportation services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure the safety of all passengers, both human and pet, maintain operational efficiency, and protect the interests of our business.
1. Liability Waiver
Limited Liability
Tuscan Hound Air, along with its affiliated brokers, employees, contractors, and agents, is not liable for the following:
- Damage, injury, or death of any pets during transit unless caused by gross negligence on our part
- Loss or damage to personal property, including luggage and pet-related items • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions resulting from factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, mechanical issues, or airspace restrictions
The maximum liability for any proven claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
Third-Party Services
Tuscan Hound Air collaborates with reputable brokers and third-party vendors. Any disputes or issues arising from their services must be addressed directly with the service provider. Tuscan Hound Air disclaims all liability related to the actions, omissions, or performance of these third parties.
2. Passenger and Pet Responsibilities
Behavior and Safety
Passengers and their pets must follow all instructions issued by Tuscan Hound Air crew members. We reserve the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger, human or animal, for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive conduct. No refunds will be granted under these circumstances.
Pet Safety Requirements
Passengers are fully responsible for ensuring their pets meet all safety, health, and travel requirements, including but not limited to:
- Properly secured carriers or harnesses
- Documentation of vaccinations, health checks, and travel permits
- Disclosure of any behavioral or health conditions that may impact the safety of the flight
Damage Responsibility
Passengers are financially liable for any damage caused by themselves or their pets during the flight. This includes:
- Physical damage to the aircraft, equipment, or furnishings
- Cleaning fees due to pet accidents or excessive mess
Tuscan Hound Air reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any such costs. The passenger agrees to indemnify the company for all related expenses.
3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
Payment Terms
- Cancellation and refund policies apply as follows:
A) Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure

- Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to scheduled departure are eligible for a refund.
B) Cancellations made within 90 days of departure

- Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to scheduled departure are refundable only if TuscanHound Air is able to re-sell/fill the cancelled seat.
- If the seat cannot be re-sold/fillled, then no refund will be issued and no credit will be provided.
- Any additional fees due to last-minute changes, documentation issues, or veterinary services must be covered by the participant.
- Minimum bookings not met (flight will not operate)
- If a TuscanHound Air shared charter does not reach the minimum number of bookings required to operate, TuscanHound Air will notify passengers and will provide one of the following options:
- Alternative arrangements (e.g., a different departure date, route, or comparable shared charter option, subject to ava

Non-Refundable Fees
Certain services, such as customizations or non-standard requests, are non-refundable. These will be clearly identified at the time of booking.
4. Indemnification
The passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tuscan Hound Air, its brokers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from actions or omissions by the passenger or their pet, including but not limited to:
- Legal disputes
- Property or equipment damage
- Personal injuries caused by pets
5. Flight Conditions
Flight Delays and Cancellations
Tuscan Hound Air reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel flights due to operational requirements, weather, or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers and arrange alternatives. However, we are not responsible for any resulting costs or inconveniences.
Weight and Size Limitations
Passengers must provide accurate information regarding the weight and dimensions of their pets, carriers, and luggage at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction

9. Photography and Media Rights
By using TuscanHound Air services, passengers grant TuscanHound Air the irrevocable right to photograph, record, or capture video or audio of passengers and/or their pets during any part of the service.
All such photographs, videos, and recordings become the sole property of TuscanHound Air. TuscanHound Air may use this content for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes in any media, worldwide, without compensation, notification, or additional consent.
Passengers waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content and release TuscanHound Air from any claims related to the use of such media.
